Modes of Therapy
I utilize an integrative approach in my services, which includes:
- approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy, to provide structure and measurable outcomes tailored to the client’s reported concerns;
- an person-centered approach, to build and maintain meaningful therapeutic relationships with each individual seeking my services.
Recovery-Oriented Cognitive Therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a goal-oriented approach where we examine the relationship between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to develop practical tools for managing distress. I utilize Recovery-Oriented Cognitive Therapy (CT-R), a modality that prioritizes your strengths and aspirations. This approach empowers you to build a life defined by your own values and goals, moving toward a version of recovery that feels meaningful to you.

Person-Centered Therapy
While CT-R provide a clear, evidence-based structure to our sessions, I believe the therapeutic relationship is the most vital component of recovery. I integrate person-centered therapy into my practice to ensure that our work remains deeply individualized. This means that while we use a structured roadmap, every session is always grounded in genuine empathy, warmth, and a deep respect for your unique lived experience.
